Teknor Apex Company bought what was then called Singapore Polymer in 2001 just as it was relocating its entire plastics compounding operation to a new site in Singapore, comprising three completely new manufacturing plants and extensive new technical and sales service facilities. From this complex, the newly named Teknor Apex Asia Pacific is now supplying processors in Oceania, Asia-Pacific, the Indian sub-continent, Middle East and Africa with vinyl, thermoplastic elastomers, nylon, specialty compounds and masterbatches.

PVC compounds have always been our core business and are marketed on a worldwide basis to over 39 countries. Our expansion program has moved us into the high-value, specialized upmarket segment where we produce over 45,000 metric tonnes of high quality PVC compound annually.

Flexible PVC


Flexible yet durable, Teknor Apex Asia Pacific's line of Sinvicomp flexible compound is engineered to deliver excellent elastomeric performance while providing unequaled durability and cost-effectiveness. We also offer options of fire-resistance, chemical resistance, weatherability, DEHP-free, phthalate-free and foam in specially formulated grades to meet specific needs.

Rigid PVC


Teknor Apex Asia Pacific's line of Sinvicomp rigid compounds is engineered to deliver excellent performance while providing unequaled durability and cost-effectiveness. We also offer options of lead, tin and calcium zinc base compound for all profile and fitting applications and dry blend and foam in specially formulated grades to meet specific needs.

Our rigid compounds can be widely used in the production of pipe, conduits, trunking and a wide range of profiles. These can be used for the transportation of both drinking water and waste for industrial drainage.

Thermoplastic Elastomers


Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE), also known as thermoplastic rubber (TPR), are unique polymers because it possess many useful elastomeric properties of vulcanized rubber and yet can be melt processed and easily fabricated using conventional thermoplastic equipment (injection, extrusion, etc.), tools, moulds and dies.
